Phyllis' group
Phyllis’ group started off on Wednesday (16th) night. There are 11 participants, with another four joining next week. It was a great time of worship, sharing, connection and learning especially with active participation of two male journalists, Dee Sing and Philip. The group also celebrated Yah Hua’s birthday! 1. These photos got me thinking. Are we coming together in groups to discuss the book or is it a dinner gathering? Personally, I reckon we can do away with the dinner. Just light snack would do nicely. Dinner took too much time & money and distract from the things at hand. My personal opinion. No offense intended.

  2. Praise the Lord we have a fruitful study and sharing during our first gathering for almost 2 hours. After that we have a light refreshment (sorry it might look like a “DINNER”) where all the members really have a chance to fellowship and get to know and encourage one another. Thank the host family for their love on the nice supper.

  3. Good for you, Kong, most relevant comment on, spending too much time on “fellowship” and “dinner” and forget about the study.
